I was in your store in Abilene, TX trying to get the frames for my glasses fixed.
The lady that waited on me - looked at the frames - said those cannot be fixed. I asked her if there were any frames to fit my lenses – She said no. She did not try to look on the computer to see if any frames were in inventory.
So I went to the eye doctor to get a new order for glasses. When I go back to your store, Lenora waited on me – I just happened to hand her my broken frames and asked if there were anymore frames like these.
She goes to the computer pulls up the information and told me they have 2 pairs of frames in the store! I was so glad she took the time to look on the computer. I bought the frames and did not have to buy a whole set of glasses. So please let Lenora know that she was very helpful.

Today I visited your store at Walzem Road in San Antonio.
A very, very nice gentleman took care of me. I was visiting San Antonio and had forgotten my reading glasses, so I thought a quick trip to a store which advertised one hour eyeglasses was in order.
This store was horrendously busy. I think the gentleman’s name was Milton as it was on my receipt; he was calm, helpful and extremely pleasant. He recognized me on my return, albeit the shop was packed and he seemingly was in control and in charge of everything. He smiled again and although surrounded by staff requesting answers he immediately gave me my glasses.
It is seldom in this day and age when courteousness is encountered. I hope Milton will get the recognition he deserves.

This letter is to commend the superior service I recently received from Kristen at Vision 4 Less at 7020 Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA.
Several months ago I visited the store to get new frames and lenses and she was so helpful in helping me find just the right frames. She was friendly, patient, and honest. The whole experience was actually enjoyable! When my glasses were delayed because my lenses were not available, she called to let me know so I would not make the trip before they were ready. Once I got my glasses I was so happy with them. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, my puppy found them to be a wonderful chew toy. I returned to the store to get replacements and I was so surprised when I walked in the door and she actually remembered me!
I have noticed a decline in customer service in this area and it seems every time I visit a store, all the faces have changed, I was so happy to see her and so impressed that she remembered me; thus I felt the service Kristen provided warranted this letter. She deserves special recognition for keeping a smile on her face and her helpful, considerate attitude.
I can assure you when the time comes for new glasses for me or my husband, we will return to Vision 4 Less and look for Kristen!

We wanted you to be aware of the great appreciation we have for the professionalism of two of your employees – Louis and Pam. They repaired my mother’s damaged glasses following and incident at the Mennonite Home. The incident was enough to unnerve me but the amazing service given by your two employees gave me much relief.
On Friday, my husband, Ken, brought my mother’s glasses to your store for repair while I visited my mother. She is wheelchair bound at the Mennonite Home and had the unfortunate experience of having the wheelchair fall on her as she was leaning over to pick something up off the floor. She suffered bumps and bruises with some bruises coming from her glasses. The pressure of the wheelchair pushed her glasses into the side of her head and caused them to twist and bend. Thank heaven they did not break or she would have suffered an eye injury.
In a very short period of time, Louis and Pam inspected the damage, found the parts, installed them, and adjusted and cleaned the glasses to perfection. Ken brought the glasses over to the Home and they fit Mom perfectly.
Ken was overwhelmed by your employees’ service. He could not say enough good things about them. He’s asked me to send this note so you were aware of the apparent great training and customer service you have given to two exceptional people.

You should be very proud of “Temeka” the optical technician on duty while I was in Iowa visiting relatives.
Let me explain!
As near as I can tell, sometime during the night, I bumped my night stand flashlight over causing, it to hit my glasses. When rising in the morning, I put on my glasses and vision in the right eye was all whacko! My first reaction was that something had happened to my eye. But of course moments later I realized that one of my lenses were missing.
My relatives suggested I visit the nearby Vision 4 Less optical company on Kimberly Road. They were confident appropriate help would be available.
Temeka was on duty to assist me. She indicated that she could reassemble the frames and lenses in just a few moments. And, of course, this was what transpired. Temeka was so very pleasant and helpful to me – a charming young lady. It was a great way to start a day which included temperatures of minus 15 degrees below zero.

I just wanted to give you an update concerning my experience with your eye exam yesterday. For the first time in many years I can see clearly while reading up close. My overall vision is fantastic! I feel like I had an eye transplant! This is so helpful being in the fast food business, to say the least. Ms. Rios has been going to EME for long time and is very picky lady and obese but didn’t know the manager, Jesse, was working with her on Feb 24, 2010. He was so generous and helped her by bringing out a lot of frames that he thought would fit her face. He is so sweet and showed that he really cared. She could not return to pick up the glasses so he pre-adjusted the glasses so the daughter picked up the glasses. He even helped her get out of her chair.
