Shipping & Returns
Eyemartexpress.com uses USPS first class and priority mail. When your glasses are shipped you will receive an email informing you that your product is on the way. Glasses will take 7-10 business days to produce and ship. If an order looks like it could take longer than expected, we will contact you via email. Our standard shipping rate is $5.95 to anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is not currently available.
In the event that you want to return your order, simply follow the instructions below and we will take care of you! Please contact our Customer Service Department with the order number on the packing slip in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). In order to ensure that your package arrives to us securely, please pack the eyeglasses in the original packaging and remember to include the case, screwdriver, lens cloth and packing slip. If the original shipping box is unusable, please use a suitable replacement.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product
If upon opening your package you discover that you received damaged or incorrect product, contact Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-372-2763. Please have your order number from the enclosed packing slip available.
Eyemart Express will not accept returns that fall under the following conditions:
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Damaged frame due to mishandling, this includes but is not limited to marks, scratches, bending, etc.
- Frame display case not returned.
Home Try-On Return Policy
All 4 frames must be returned in the original condition in which they were received along with all original packaging materials and demo lenses.
To avoid possible charges:
- All 4 Try-On frames must be returned in the condition they were received.
- Packed in the black display case, inside the shipping box, and with your packing slip enclosed.
- All materials must be returned within 5 days of your receipt.
In the event your Home Try-On is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately at 1-888-372-2763. Have your order number ready.
You may track your Home Try-On by logging into your account. Track your order by using your order confirmation email.
If your order shows that it has shipped we suggest checking with neighbors, family or friends to ensure that they did not pick up the package on your behalf. Check with your local post office to make sure it is not being held for any undeliverable reasons. Contact Customer Service immediately at email@example.com or toll-free at 1-888-372-2763.
