How do I order/ set up an account for a family member with the same phone number and email as me?
In order to keep the prescriptions and frame recommendations specific to each individual’s needs, we require a unique phone number and email for each account. You can use any email to set up the account, but the phone number used to link a prescription has to be tied to your account in-store. Please contact our customer care department at 888-372-2763 or help@eyemartexpress.com to update your information.
Can I get access to my in-store and online receipts?
When you log into your Eyemartexpress.com account, you can access online receipts. You can request a copy of your in-store receipt by contacting our customer care department at (888) 372-2763 or help@eyemartexpress.com or visiting your local Eyemart Express store.
What is ExpressID?
ExpressID is a QR code created specifically for you that contains your personal information. It speeds up in store check out and helps keep your information secure. Having ExpressID also allows you to shop online and provides you with unique frames recommendations.

Frames and Lenses

Is my prescription available online?
After you have made a complete purchase at an Eyemart Express retail store, your prescription will be available on your online account and valid to use until it’s expiration date. If you need a copy of your prescription, please contact your doctor’s office directly.
How does EyemartExpress.com pick frames just for me?
We consider your prescription, measurements, and past frame selection at Eyemart Express and offer a list of recommended frames that will be a great fit!
How can I update my prescription if it has expired or if I have a new prescription?
Eyemart Express’ online store uses valid prescriptions. If your prescription has expired, please visit your eye doctor for a new eye exam. Bring in your updated prescription to a local Eyemart Express retail store and an optician will assist you with your order. After your in-store purchase, your new prescription and frame recommendations will be added to your online account and you can start receiving additional pairs perfectly suited to you!
Where can I find frame and lens pricing?
Once you have purchased in-store and created an online account, you are ready to purchase online. Be sure to log in to your account. Then, you will be able to see pricing and recommended frames hand-picked for you based on your prescription and frame measurements.
Can I use my contact lens prescriptions to order glasses?
A contact lens prescription is different from an eyeglass prescription because a contact sits directly on your eye. We recommend getting an eyeglass prescription from your eye doctor and putting it on file in store at Eyemart Express.
What are polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses greatly reduce glare occurring from reflected light, increase clarity, and offer protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays. They are ideal for outdoor sports and activities.
Can I order prescription sunglasses online? Can any frame be turned into sunglasses?
Yes! Simply use your prescription, chose your frame, and select your desired tint. We currently offer a wide selection of tints. To best protect your eyes from the sun, be sure to opt for UV coating or polarized lenses.
Can I order contacts online?
Currently, our online store is focused on providing great glasses to our customers. All stores either have an optometrist on staff or an independent Doctor of Optometry located next door who can prescribe contacts.

Can I order glasses through your online store?
At Eyemart Express, we care about creating a great pair of glasses made especially for you. If you have purchased glasses at one of our locations with a prescription that is currently valid, you are ready to order on our online store!
Why does my first purchase have to be in store?
The best way to assure your prescription, measurements and frame selection are correct is to first purchase at one of our Eyemart Express retail stores. Then, you can take advantage of the discounts and convenience offered online.
Does EyemartExpress.com offer discounts?
Yes! We offer an everyday savings of 30% off all online orders.
The frames I want are not available to purchase online. What should I do?
We are constantly working to widen the online selection but if there is a frame you want that isn’t available online, we invite you to order them at your local Eyemart Express store.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free with Eyemart Express!
When will my glasses arrive? How can I track them?
You should have your new glasses within 7 to 10 business days. Once your glasses have been shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking information. You can also track the progress of your order by logging into your account and viewing your recent orders.
Can I pick up my glasses in store?
When you order from Eyemartexpress.com, your glasses will be shipped right to your door. You can take your glasses into the store for adjustments at any time.
