- In order to keep the prescriptions and frame recommendations specific to each individual’s needs, we require a unique phone number and email for each account. You can use any email to set up the account, but the phone number used to link a prescription has to be tied to your account in-store. - Can I get access to my in-store and online receipts?
- When you log into your Eyemartexpress.com account, you can access online receipts. You can request a copy of your in-store receipt by contacting our customer care department at (888) 372-2763 or firstname.lastname@example.org or visiting your local Eyemart Express store.

- ExpressID is a QR code created specifically for you that contains your personal information. It speeds up in store check out and helps keep your information secure. Having ExpressID also allows you to shop online and provides you with unique frames recommendations.
