What is our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store Program?
Our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store program is a brand-new online buying option that gives returning customers the ability to place orders online and pick up at your preferred store location.
When you sign in online, you’ll be served glasses that were customized for you based on your previous purchases and will work best with your prescription. Once you’ve made your selection – you’ll get the option to buy online and pick up in-store.
After you’ve submitted your order, the associates at your preferred store location will make sure they can fulfill your order in a timely fashion. If they can fulfill the order, you’ll receive a confirmation, or additional instructions if the order cannot be completed.
When your order is ready for pick up, you’ll be notified via email. When you arrive at the store let the associate know that you’re picking up an order and from there you’ll get your glasses as well as any fit adjustments that are needed. You’ll also have the chance to add a warranty or purchase any accessories you may need.
Nope! Your card will only be charged after the store confirms that they can complete your order and you get an estimated completion time. In the meantime, you will see an authorization hold on your account.
No need to rush in. Once we’ve completed your order, we’ll hold onto them until you’re ready to come and pick them up.
Speak to one of our optical associates! They’ll happily guide you through the in-store pick up process and make sure you get properly fitted before you go.
No worries! An associate can add a warranty onto your purchase when you pick up your glasses.
In the event that we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll provide you with additional purchasing options to get you the glasses you want! Whether it’s buying online and having it sent directly to your door or helping you select a similar style – we’ve got you. This email will also have your preferred store’s contact info so that you can reach out to them with any questions.
Nope! This in-store pick up service is completely open for you to use. No extra costs and no minimum purchase necessary.
Unfortunately, not. Some prescriptions aren’t eligible at this time. Orders for frames that the store doesn’t have in stock are also ineligible.
The same day! You’ll get an estimated time in your confirmation email. Orders placed within three hours of the store closing will be fulfilled the following day.
Yes! We offer free adjustments on your glasses for the lifetime of your purchase.
Please bring your government issue ID and your order information to the store.
Yes! The pick up in-store is eligible at all Eyemart Express locations except our Dallas store. Just select pick up in-store on the product description page or within your cart.
You will receive a series of email messages. First confirming the store is processing your order and another with an expected time for order pick up once your pair of glasses. You will then receive another email when your glasses have been completed and your order is ready for you at your store.
You’ll get an email notifying you that your glasses are ready for pick up.
