The Latest on Our Store Safety Plan
We want to thank you, our loyal customers, for your overwhelming support over the last few months. Your feedback has reinforced the important role that our stores play in helping you and your local communities see clearly, even during the most challenging times. I am pleased to share that we have resumed store operations to serve essential eye care needs in all locations.
As we remain focused on your health and safety, rest assured that we did not arrive at this decision lightly. The decision to open was informed by guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), medical experts, and multi-level government directives. Within our store communities, we also analyzed local-level COVID-19 cases and consulted with our store associates and affiliate doctors in order to keep all parties safe while providing an essential service.
In addition, we have implemented enhanced safety protocols, that you can view below, to give you peace of mind while shopping for our fast, affordable glasses.
We will continue monitoring recommendations from the CDC and medical experts and will update this page as needed. Thank you for your continued support of Eyemart Express and our family of brands as we move forward on this path to a “new normal” together.

Our Store Safety Plan
Here’s what we’re doing to keep you and associates safe in-store.
Wear a Mask
Everyone that comes into the store is required to wear a mask, including all associates. If you’re not feeling well, please stay at home.
Due to social distancing protocols set in place by the CDC we have reduced the capacity of our stores and we ask that you limit the number of people you bring with you. If we reach capacity, you may be asked to wait outside.
What We’re Doing for You
Hand sanitizer and safety information will be provided at the entrance for all customers.
All Eyemart Express customers over the age of 2 must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose while shopping in our stores in order to protect the health and safety of our associates and customers. We ask that customers who are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition speak with the store manager. Our policy follows the latest recommendation from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
If we reach capacity at our store we may ask you to wait outside and allow entrance in order of arrival.

All associates will be wearing masks as mandated by the CDC and gloves as needed.
We are cleaning all eyewear and equipment after each visit. Additionally, the store common areas and door handles will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule.
We are providing sanitized baskets for you to place your frames in while you browse. After your visit, our associates will clean them for future customers.
As always, we will follow the CDC guidelines and make necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of our customers and associates.
